I haven't even decided what I call the decade, or how to say the years - is it 'two-thousand-and-nine', is it 'twenty-oh-nine' - and the bally decade is over!

Empire Magazine are marking the event decade with ten collectible covers - the Icons of the Decade - for the December 2009 issue, and they have included Harry Potter!!

glad to see the Empire cover has Dan/Harry upon it!they were definitely the superstars of the last decade.actually both of them are going to be around for a long time to come.maybe when the mags list 'Icons of half a century'we will see them on cover again. of course i may not be here to see it!
amazing to think we have had such a long association with Dan,and this website.how time flies!

Everywhere I go, it's Twilight this or Twilight that. I'm sick of it. So glad "Harry" made one of the covers. I wish I could get one of those but no one around here carries the mag.

If they hadn't chose Harry Potter as one of the Icon covers
I wouldn't think anything they said ( or did ) again was valid...of course he would be there ,BRAVO!!to them....and SO glad Dan isn't the only one portrayed "in charater" as the other actors who portray the characters chosen are also IN character....not
as themselves 'who' portray each character.

The decade is almost over...(as is the HP series of books completed and ) of films soon...Harry Potter was /is such a major icon that he will carry on for many decades for years to come....and well, this film series is the highest grossing franchise in history of films,even now.

Oh God, I agree with you, I was watching a show and they said, "Daniel Radcliffe vs. Robert Pattinson
Which one is Hollywood's hottest teen heartthrob?" I got so mad!! Anyway, Twilight is just a phase, Harry will be around forever.

As for the Daniel Radcliffe vs Robert Pattinson 'teen heartthrob" issue ... they both are 20 or older???.....I get the impression Dan isn't interested in confining his fan
base to being called just a 'teen heartthrob or idol' or competeing as such....he's more interested in 'inclusiveness'...all ages and all kinds of people being his fans.
A lot of times when actors are confined to that catagory it
resticks thier career...Dan's career should have
no bounderies.
