Demelza's 7th Birthday Balloon Launch

Demelza House Children's Hospice, Dan's favorite charity, celebrates its 7th birthday this year and as part of the celebrations, they will be holding their annual balloon launch at their Open Day on September 24th. To help raise funds for the hospice, Demelza House is inviting supporters to sponsor balloons at a cost of UK£5.00 each. You can sponsor as many balloons as you like!

You can sponsor your balloon(s) in a number of ways:

* By mail, by completing and printing out a copy of the Demelza House Postal Donations form and sending it to the address on the form. You can donate using a UK cheque or postal order or an international money order or a credit/debit/CAF card. Please write "Source: Daniel Radcliffe" somewhere on the form so that donations from Dan's fans can be tracked. And if you would like to be entered into their special prize draw to win a free hot air balloon ride, please print and complete a copy of the Demelza House 7th Birthday Balloon Sponsorship Form (PDF format) and send it with your donation form and donation.

* Online, by making a donation via the Demelza House Online Donations page. If you use this method, please make sure to select "Daniel Radcliffe" from the "Source" selection box so that donations can be tracked.

* By phone, by calling (01795) 845288 from within the UK (or country code + 44 1795 845288 from outside the UK) between the hours of 9am and 5pm GMT.
