I have helpfully copied and pasted the questions and answers for you, to preserve them, and they are behind the Read More.

Dan Radcliffe Confirmed for A Young Doctor's Notebook

News - News

Despite having my ankle in plaster, following Achilles tendon surgery, I had to drag myself across the room to my laptop, with the news that the rumours about A Young Doctor's Notebook have been confirmed in Variety.

Jon Hamm and Daniel Radcliffe have been confirmed as the stars of a new U.K. comedy drama miniseries based on a Russian novel in which they both play the same character.

The pair feature in "A Young Doctor's Notebook," a four-part skein inspired by a collection of short stories by Russian writer and playwright Mikhail Bulgakov set during the Russian Revolution.

Hamm takes the role of the older doctor, who has a series of bleakly comic exchanges with his younger self, portrayed by Radcliffe.

As we know, Mikhail Bulgakov wrote The Master and Margarita, Dan's favourite book, and he is quoted as saying :

"I have been an obsessive Bulgakov reader for a couple of years now so when the opportunity to become involved in this project came up, I could barely contain my excitement.

"The book is funny, grotesque and heartfelt in equal measure and I look forward to working with a great group of people to help bring it to life."

We will keep you up to date on recording and broadcast dates.

Dan attends Met Gala

Dan attended last night's Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala, along with former How to Succeed co-star Rose Hemingway. More photos can be seen at SDR. Dan took the time to speak to ET about (American) football player Tim Tebow, and I've edited the video down to just his comment. You can see this here. There's also an interview with Dan from Vogue.com.

Woman in Black Q&A

The US Facebook page for Dan's film The Woman in Black has just released the first in a series of videos in which Dan answers fan questions. As the page has geographic restrictions, I've uploaded a copy of it for all us non-Americans, and you can watch it here.

Dan Radcliffe: "Only epigrammatic people should be on Twitter"

News - News

Definition of EPIGRAM, courtesy of Merriam Webster:

1 : a concise poem dealing pointedly and often satirically with a single thought or event and often ending with an ingenious turn of thought

2 : a terse, sage, or witty and often paradoxical saying

3 : epigrammatic expression

Let's talk Twitter.

Dan has mentioned countless times that he doesn't have a Twitter account, so it stands repeating - he doesn't have a Twitter account. He just doesn't, however much some of us may want him to.

Unfortunately, over 300,000 of you have been fooled by @Danieiradciiffe, who is neither concise nor witty, and really doesn't fool anyone who knows the slightest thing about Dan Radcliffe. 'He' does have the good taste to list danradcliffe.com as his website, but I assure you that we are in no way affiliated with fake!Dan.

@Danieiradciiffe, @jacobgerson, @danradcliffee, and @DanielRadcliff1 are all fakes. Dan's representatives are aware of these fake accounts. Fake accounts may seem innocuous, but people are quick to believe what they read on the internet and there are unscrupulous people willing to exploit that.

If and when Dan does join Twitter, you'll read about it here and on other fan websites, and he will have a little blue 'verified' symbol next to his user name.

So, unfollow the fakes (and if you haven't already, follow us) and make your Twitter feed a much nicer place.
